Atlanta-based NCR Voyix Corporation reported third-quarter revenue of $539 million on Thursday, down from $677 million a year earlier, reflecting its Hardware Business Transition, according to its Exhibit 99.1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Revenue: $539 million, vs. $677 million a year earlier
  • Software and services revenue: $500 million, flat
  • Recurring revenue: $428 million, vs. $422 million
  • Recurring software revenue: $208 million, vs. $202 million
  • Net income from continuing operations / diluted EPS: $14 million / $0.08 (vs. $18 million loss / $(0.15))
  • Adjusted EBITDA: $120 million, vs. $123 million
  • Non-GAAP diluted EPS: $0.32, vs. $0.30

Software and services held steady while reported revenue fell on the completed shift away from selling hardware under the prior model. Recurring software rose 3%. Quiver Quantitative said the $0.32 non-GAAP figure beat its tracked estimate.

Platform signings and 2026 outlook

NCR Voyix said Remaining Contract Value for Voyix Commerce Platform applications was about $440 million as of Sept. 30, up 151% from a year earlier and 54% from the prior quarter. It signed platform agreements with six enterprise customers, including Ahold Delhaize USA, A.S. Watson, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, First Watch, Rutter’s and Sbarro, and said its first Aloha Next deployment went live at a Bruster’s location in Bridgewater.

The company kept its full-year 2026 ranges for adjusted EBITDA ($432 million to $447 million), non-GAAP diluted EPS ($0.89 to $0.92) and adjusted free cash flow-unrestricted before restructuring costs ($190 million to $220 million). It now expects revenue at the lower end of its $2.188 billion to $2.303 billion band. Retail technology peers reporting this week also include Iron Mountain’s raised guidance.
